Dear METTLER TOLEDO customer,
Over the past year, we have been integrating SAP as our new Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for our operations in Nordics (Sweden, Norway, and Denmark) and we will go live on September 9th, 2024.
This will allow us to optimize our commercial processes, improve our operational performance and provide you with an even better quality of service.
We wanted to inform you of this development in advance and assure you that all necessary measures to ensure the best possible transition will be taken.
In order to prepare our systems for these improvements, a Business Freeze period for our current systems will happen from September 2nd and until September 6th . During this time, we will be fully focused on the internal changes and not able to process sales orders but will continue providing service on site.
Please be assured that we will do our best to work proactively to minimize the impact. However, the disruptions in Business processes, delays in orders and services are expected during this period.
We are changing our system, this is how it may affect you.
- A new communication channel allowing faster communication and efficiency
- Structural changes to both existing and new Service Contracts and pricing structure
- Finer traceability to improve the quality of our transactions.
- Better efficiency of our sales and logistics teams for delivering your products.
- The development of our eCommerce solutions, adapted to your purchasing processes and offering multiple functionalities.
