Will my current orders be impacted?

Orders that are registered but not delivered (totally or partially) at the time of the migration, the 2nd of September will be transferred to the new system. No deliveries will be made between the 2nd and the 6th of September. 

Will the item number be modified following this migration? 

Our item numbers remain unchanged for the most part. Only a few items may be impacted. Your usual METTLER TOLEDO contact remains at your disposal to assist you with these minor changes but has a new email address: orders.nordic@mt.com. This email is valid only after 9th of September. 

Why has the format of the order confirmation I received changed?  

The migration of our systems allowed us to standardize the format of our order confirmations with the standards of the METTLER TOLEDO group. If you would like more information, your usual METTLER TOLEDO contact remains at your disposal, but has a new email address: orders.nordic@mt.com. This email is valid only after 9th of September. 

When is the best time to place my order? 

It depends on the type of item and whether it’s in stock. If the items are available on our logistics platform, orders placed until 21st of August have a high probability of being delivered to you and invoiced before the business freeze period. If items are not available or are subject to a significant manufacturing period, it is best to order after 9th of September.

Will my order confirmation be the same as in the current system or will there be any changes? 

The changes will be reflected in the following: You will from now on receive two order confirmations, one for the products and one for the services.  

My order confirmation contains a hyperlink. Can I click on it safely? 

Yes, this hyperlink will allow you to view the status of your order and access the Shipping company portal for delivery tracking. 

How will I be informed if my scheduling request has been taken care of? 

When the technician’s visit is planned, you will receive an email with the following information: work order number, location, equipment(s) concerned, date and time. 

How do I contact the scheduling team if the date does not suit me?

You will receive an e-mail with a proposed date. If the date does not suit you, please contact Call Entry: service.nordic@mt.com

Could there be a billing delay? 

The implementation of our new system could result in delays. We will nevertheless do everything we can to limit these delays. However, if your order is placed before 21st of August, it is highly likely that invoicing will be done without delay. 

What changes will happen to METTLER TOLEDO quotes, invoices, and other documents? 

All our commercial documents will be standardized and optimized for easier reading. 

Will METTLER TOLEDO VAT number or bank account number change? 

No, they will both remain the same
