Extended length pipette tips make it possible to aspirate and dispense into deep and narrow vessels including narrow (8 mm) septa. As compared to standard pipette tips, extended pipette tips are longer, narrower and offer more reach. Certified BioClean Ultra™, Rainin extended-length tips are free of detectable biological contaminants. Available filtered and non-filtered, sterilized and non-sterilized in LTS format only.

Tips for Tall and Narrow Vessels
Extended length pipette tips make aspirating and dispensing possible into deep, narrow vessels and other applications. Longer and narrower than standard pipette tips, they have no discernable effect on pipetting accuracy when used with Rainin pipettes.
Available for LTS Pipettes
Extended length tips reach deep into tall narrow tubes and are routinely used with narrow (8 mm) septa. These tips are only available in LTS and in racks, with non-sterile, sterile and filtered options.
FinePoint
FinePoint™ tips taper to a fine orifice diameter. Their slender design, in combination with thin, flexible walls, creates an exceptionally supple tip that assists in sample touch-off. The narrow orifice aperture and thin wall surrounding the orifice provides minimal surface area for residual sample to adhere to during sample dispensing. FinePoint tips discharge completely for optimal pipetting accuracy.
