ReactIR Instrument Performance Assurance (IPA) Module

ReactIR Instrument Performance Assurance (IPA) Module

Improve Data Accuracy With ReactIR Calibration

The ReactIR DS Instrument Performance Assurance (IPA) module enables users to regularly validate wavenumber accuracy and calibrate, if necessary, to a Polystyrene standard certified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). As a result, scientists can be confident that their instruments are in proper working condition, ready when needed and the result can be trusted.

  • Simplicity - Plug-n-Play DS interface enables a seamless connection to the ReactIR and removes the need for alignment.  Built-in thumbscrews secure the module and the sliding cover eliminates the risk of contamination to the internal Polystyrene standard when not in use.
  • Plug-In and Calibrate - Remove existing sampling technology to attach the DS IPA module and immediately begin wavenumber validation and/or calibration. Peak height counts are easily adjusted using an integrated Iris adjustment.
  • NIST Traceability - To meet internal and external compliance standards, wavenumber calibration is performed using a NIST traceable 1.5 mil Polystyrene standard with a certification of traceability to 6 NIST 192lb frequencies.
  • iC IR Software - ReactIR coupled with iC IR software and the DSA IPA module provides a simple solution for wavenumber calibration. The wizard-based validation and calibration feature guides users through the entire process. Easily archive results for audits with built-in reports generated for both validation and calibration in a non-editable PDF format.
