The M400 process transmitter family is a series of multi-parameter transmitters that features Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) technology and covers pH/ORP, dissolved oxygen, dissolved CO2, dissolved ozone and conductivity. It offers a high-contrast touchscreen and four soft keys, allowing operation of the M400 in harsh applications without compromising user ergonomics. The M400 transmitter is also compatible with the GPro 500 gas analyzer for gas stream measurements.

What is the M400 transmitter?

The multi-parameter M400 transmitter series features Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) technology and covers pH/ORP, oxygen (for measurement of dissolved oxygen or in gas), dissolved CO2, dissolved ozone, conductivity or the GPro 500 TDL series of gas analyzers, depending on the type you choose.

Which ISM features are available on the M400?

The M400 gives access to all ISM features when integrated with a digital ISM sensor. With tools such as the Dynamic Lifetime Indicator, Time To Maintenance and Adaptive Calibration Timer, ISM technology on the M400 offers true predictive maintenance, resulting in fewer unscheduled shutdowns. The M400 also has Plug and Measure, which allows you to hot-swap a sensor by calibrating it away from the process and then quickly implement it into the process without the need for calibration at the measurement point.

How many languages is the M400 available in?

The M400 can display 10 languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (Simplified).

Can the M400 be used for process gas measurements?

The M400 offers options for process gas measurements with the GPro 500 tunable diode laser gas spectrometer. This allows the measurement of gas-phase oxygen, CO, moisture, ammonia, methane and more process gas measurements for safety and corrosion prevention.
