The standard UFS 1 sensor, based on MEMS technology, has 16 thermocouples, supporting high sensitivity and excellent temperature resolution.

Reusable chip sensors

Sensors can be stored in the chip sensor box for subsequent reuse. Sensor change is easy and takes just under a minute.

Maximum accuracy and high sensitivity

Temperatures are measured with great accuracy. The outstanding sensitivity permits measurements at low cooling and heating rates.
