The Preventative Maintenance (PM) service is the starting point for any maintenance strategy. To fully address your instrument's maintenance requirements, there are two support plans that are available:

Scheduled maintenance is a proactive approach to addressing the long-term maintenance requirements of an instrument. Some parts only need to be replaced every few years; we refer to these as scheduled maintenance parts.
If you choose the PM with Scheduled Maintenance Plan, parts will be replaced proactively before they fail. When the uptime of your instruments is critical to your team's work, doing everything you can to prevent interruptions helps you meet your deadlines and get your product to market as soon as possible.

While both options include the annual PM, AutoChem Comprehensive Care is a full cost control option that includes labor, travel, and material costs of all repairs, either onsite or in-house depot repair.
In general, the cost of the AutoChem Preventive Maintenance visit includes all labor, travel, calibration to a traceable standard (where applicable), and documentation. A PM Parts Kit is available for all instruments and is highly recommended (price may be included, depending on region).
