The Latest in Metal Detection
Safeline metal detectors identify any products containing ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel contaminants, automatically rejecting them off the line.
We will demonstrate the M Series metal detector on conveyor designed specifically for meat and protein. The M-Series metal detector has upgraded SENSE™ software enhancements for optimized detection and rejection and has extensive productivity tools.
The conveyor system is optimized for harsh washdown environments and is designed with a focus on longevity, is simple to clean, and has minimal flat surfaces to reduce standing water. All guarding is constructed of stainless steel with captive hardware and the rollers and skid rails can be removed without any tools. Additionally, it features optional magnetic drive for energy efficiency and long term cost savings.We will also demonstrate a Pipeline metal detector for unmatched sensitivity on pumped liquids and slurries.

NEW X-ray Inspection Systems
We will demonstrate two x-ray inspection systems, including the new X52 - an affordable system that operates with single or dual energy to deliver outstanding detection of hard-to-find, low density contaminants. The intuitive user interface makes operation simple for increases uptime and productivity.
Additionally we will demonstrate the X36 DXD+ photon counting system, which uses the most advanced x-ray technology availabile to perform unmatched detection of low density foreign material, such as bone in chicken breasts.

CV Checkweigher and Vision System
We will demonstrate the CV33 combination checkweigher and vision system with integrated V13 Flat Pack label inspection technology, combining high precision weighing with complete label inspection from the bottom, top, front and back.
METTLER TOLEDO CI-Vision offers a wide array of vision inspection solutions to help prevent product recalls from mis-labeling. Designed to inspect all types of packages, whether round, flat, oriented or un-oriented, systems can inspect alphanumeric, 1D and 2D barcodes and ensure presence and placement of labels.
We will demonstrate the V31 vision inspection system which delivers advanced package and label inspection of oriented products. The flexible system includes a rapid installation frame and product tracking for support of up to six cameras and customized lighting.
