As a new graduate, your time in our rotational programs will help you relate your academic education with real world experiences. These programs are highly visible and extremely well-regarded within our company. Past participants represent a significant portion of our company leadership and successful sales specialists.
The Early Career Program (ECP), formerly named Initial Career Experience (ICE), was established in 1990 with Engineering graduates and quickly gained respect throughout the company. In 2007, METTLER TOLEDO founded the Marketing and Finance ECPs to build on the success of Engineering ECP. Our Sales ECP, formerly named Fast Track to Sales (FTTS), began in 2015. Each of these programs offers challenging, value-added rotations that will help provide a smooth transition for recent college graduates beginning their careers.
