Software Features
- Configurable Sample Processing - Operator can define the starting position, number of samples and processing order.
- Multiple Weighing Cycles - A sample can have up to 10 associated weights.
- Definable Weight Format - Display results and generate reports with mg or g unit of weight.
- Selectable Quality Control Limits - A weight range can be defined for an entire run or individual sample. Samples outside of limits will be flagged in the report.
- Report Options - One report for all racks processed in a run or for each rack individually.
- Fail-Safe Operation - Balance is checked to confirm placement and removal of vessel from balance.
- Database File Management - A file is generated which lists the sample’s bar code, position in the rack, rack name, tare weight, net weight, and gross weight.

Sorting
The Sorting/Transfer software option allows "cherry-picking" samples for further processing. Specify criteria for the samples that should be kept and the Balance Automator sorts out those samples and transfers them to a single rack. Samples outside the sort criteria can be discarded to waste.
