NEW Flat or Angled Anti-Bubble DO Sensor

METTLER TOLEDO Process Analytics has developed a new solution to prevent noise in dissolved oxygen signals in bioreactors. The InPro 6860i sensor is specially designed for use in the biopharmaceutical industry for measuring DO in bioreactors. It’s made for hygienic process development conditions with the durability to withstand multiple autoclaving and standard CIP / SIP cycles without compromising performance. It’s only replaceable part is the OptoCap - the Anti-Bubble OptoCap. The Optocap is available in angled or flat tip. Both treated with a hydrophilic surface which prevents bubble formation and eliminates signal noise. This can be especially useful in small bioreactors where air/oxygen bubbles can accumulate at the sensor tip and create noise on the signal. This sensor not only delivers a reliable and efficient way to measure DO in bioreactors, but with the benefit of preventing signal noise caused by bubbles.

The InPro6860i has a long lifespan and requires less maintenance, making it a cost-effective solution. It’s compatible with various bioreactor systems and can be used with a variety of process control systems. The InPro 6860i sensor is easy to install and can be integrated into existing systems with minimal disruption.
