Dear METTLER TOLEDO customer,
Over the past year, we have been integrating SAP as our new Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for our operations in Nordics (Sweden, Norway, and Denmark) and we will go live on September 9th, 2024.
This will allow us to optimize our commercial processes, improve our operational performance and provide you with an even better quality of service.
For you that have a one or more products from METTLER TOLEDO with Standard Care and Comprehensive Care contract with METTLER TOLEDO these are the changes that are going to happen:
You will be invoiced at the beginning of the contract period (pre-paid invoicing).
If you wish to change to another contract type or cancel the current contract, please contact the Sales Department servicesalesse@mt.com , servicesalesno@mt.com or servicesalesdk@mt.com within 1 month (until the 5th of July).
If you do not reach out within the given time, your contract will automatically be changed to pre-paid format.
To prepare our systems for these improvements, a Business Freeze period for our current systems will run from September 2nd and until September 6th . During this time, we will be fully focused on the internal changes and not be able to process sales orders but will continue providing services on site.
