Over the past year, we have been integrating SAP as our new Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for our operations in Nordics (Sweden, Norway, and Denmark) and we will go live on September 9th, 2024
This will allow us to optimize our commercial processes, improve our operational performance and provide you with an even better quality of service.
For you that currently have different discount levels for multiple METTLER TOLEDO services within the same year, these are the changes that are going to happen:
Moving forward, we will be offering fixed prices per type of service regardless of how many visits there are within the contract duration. This means that every time the cost of the service on a specific device will be the same, which will provide you with more predictability when budgeting for your maintenance expenses. Note that the total cost for maintenance per year will remain the same.
If you wish to change to another contract type or cancel the current contract, please contact the Sales Department servicesalesse@mt.com, servicesalesno@mt.com or servicesalesdk@mt.com within 1 month (until the 5th of July).
To prepare our systems for these improvements, a Business Freeze period for our current systems will run from September 2nd and until September 6th. During this time, we will be fully focused on the internal changes and not be able to process sales orders but will continue providing services on site.
