We can undertake single upgrades or an entire upgrade programme over time, so as to keep your equipment in line with current operational and functionality standards.

To keep your inspection systems aligned to your refurbished or upgraded equipment, we can also ensure that software updates are carried out. We can either undertake the installations for you, or provide the required software for you to undertake the upgrades when convenient for you.

We can replace, refurbish or overhaul systems to maximise operating efficiency, whilst minimising operational downtime.

Accuracy, reliability and easy integration characterise the electro-magnetic force compensation load cells from METTLER TOLEDO. The standard CL20 (passive) and RS422 data interfaces give you freedom of parameter settings up to a transmission speed of 115200 Baud. The TF load cell has three digital inputs that can be read via the serial interface by an external host. Additionally, three digital outputs can be activated by the serial interface to directly control actuator devices such as rejectors with up to 24V DC/0.5A.

Different versions of both the TF10 and TF20 load cell types are available. They can be used to replace load cells of the BF8 and BF10 types, as were fitted into Garvens checkweigher models of the E-series and S-series built from the year 2000 onwards (e.g.checkweigher models E2, E3, S2 and S3).

Throughout the evolution of our x-ray machines, the capability of the software has been continually developed, resulting in the 2014 release of our most comprehensive product to date – FLEX.
