Rainin offers a wide range of heat sealing materials in pre-cut sheet formats.

All seals are certified free from nucleases and human genomic DNA contamination and offer many advantages over conventional adhesive sealing.

• Underside of the seal is non-tacky at room temperature – reduces contamination risk.

Features and Benefits

Sealing options
Pierceable and peelable heat sealing materials for qPCR and PCR applications. Adhesive films and foils for qPCR, PCR and other applications. Domed and flat, optically-clear cap strips for all 96-well plates.

Heat Seals
Highly reliable with manual and semi-automated sealers. Reduced contamination risk – seal is non-tacky at room temperature. No adhesion of dry samples to the film. Cost-effective – less expensive than corresponding adhesive films. Laminate and foil seals available, in peelable and piercable varieties.

Adhesive seals
No exposed adhesive until backing is removed. Easy to position and apply. Peelable, piercable and optically-clear varieties for different applications.

Cap strips
Domed cap strips and qPCR cap strips available, in strips of 8 caps, all compatible with 96-well PCR plates. Evaporation-resistant with large pull-tabs and embossed for easy orientation.
