How to Arrange a Pipette Clinic
- To arrange an onsite pipette clinic, use the Request Service button below. We need to know the number of pipettes to be serviced (single and multichannel), service & calibration level required and preferred dates for the clinic.
- We will send you a quote. To accept this please provide us with a purchase order
- Once we have received your purchase order, confirmation will be sent to you by email including
- Onsite Clinic Decontamination Form: This needs completing prior to our visit to comply with Health and Safety requirements and will be reviewed with you by the technician. We suggest you follow the Basic Exterior Cleaning procedure here.
- Pre-Clinic Checklist: This needs completing and returning to pipetteservice.mtuk@mt.com at least a week prior to the visit - If your facilities for an Onsite Clinic are unsuitable, please arrange a mail-in pipette service instead.
