The IND700 offers advanced software solutions for diverse workplaces and industry needs, including truck scales, multi-tank vessel and hopper weighing, receiving and profiling goods, assisted material filling, checkweighing in 3 or 5 zones, advanced counting, classification of materials or products, transaction totalization, goods labeling, shipping and manifesting. Additionally, IND700 supports custom-made solutions using the METTLER TOLEDO development license, ProWorks Studio, for flexible programmable capabilities.
The IND700 features special manufacturing data management resources to capture, store, process, and share required workplace information such as user, material ID, material name, tare ID, tare name, target, tolerances, material class, piece counting variables, and up to 10 data fields of free definition for all-purpose needs (lot ID, production order, supplier, customer ID, expiration date, production line, machine, etc.).
The IND700 supports single or multi-field barcodes or QR codes of any kind. Its auto-detection algorithm allows you to identify the entry data and assign the information to the application automatically, saving time and supporting error-free operation.
The High-Speed Analog Load Cell scale interface, or HSALC for short, update rate is 1000 Hz. Regarding the POWERCELL scale interface, the update rate varies from 100 Hz, for a single-scale system, to 25 Hz per scale when a four-scale system is configured. For the high Precision scale interface, the update rate depends on the platform model in use, which can go up to 91 Hz.
Up to 24 POWERCELL PDX load cells in an industrial CAN bus connection, to configure either a single truck-scale system or up to 4 independent scales for a multi-axle weighing solution, plus a legal-for-trade sum scale, a 5th scale.
The IND700 supports EtherNet/IP and PROFINET. As in other METTLER TOLEDO automation indicators, the IND700 features the SAI protocol. To support the integration, EDS and GSD files are available for a smooth and effortless transition from previous communication methods to the latest.
