Power industry cycle chemistry guidelines and specifications are always referenced to 25 °C. This is because there is a significant influence of temperature on conductivity of 3 to 5 % of reading per °C. To actually achieve 25 °C, expensive secondary (controlled) cooling is required. In some plants a sample chiller is provided, in many plants it is not.
