The V15 Round Line vision inspection system is a compact inspection solution built for use in the food, beverage, cosmetics and chemical industries to perform product data checks on round, un-oriented containers.
With the V15 Round Line, manufacturers get an efficient inspection process that reduces the risk of expensive and brand-damaging product recalls. The system uses six vision sensors to confirm the presence, completeness and readability of alphanumeric label information and printed 1D and 2D codes. The sensors generate an image of the complete label surface with minimal distortion.
The V15 solution is easy to install and can be retrofitted over existing production lines. In addition to implementation as a stand-alone device, the system integrates with dynamic checkweighers, providing a single interface for weighing and product data verification.
