Basic Care, Standard Care and Comprehensive Care are three different levels that define a lifetime strategy. This encompasses scheduled preventive maintenance visits, remote support, guaranteed reaction times in case of repairs and full or partial coverage of spare parts, labor and travel costs. These service plans ensure that preventive maintenance visits are carried out at the right time and ensure priority is given when a technician is urgently needed onsite, in a way that is easy to budget in advance.
Comprehensive Care is the highest level and acts like flat-fee insurance to avoid any extra costs. To ensure compliance, every Care Package can be combined with a Calibration Package according to accuracy and regulatory requirements.
