METTLER TOLEDO Service can now offer remote support capabilities, a fully trained Service Technician can support your on-site engineering or technical team, remotely to help resolve issues without the need to attend site physically. We even have the option of using Augmented Reality to allow a technician to see, in real time, what is happening with your equipment remotely, potentially providing advice on how to fix the issue with immediate effect.
There may still be a requirement for a Service technician to attend site but this would only be for a shortened time. The ability to fully understand the issue and ensure the correct spare parts are available will ensure a quick return to operation of the equipment, with the benefit of a reduced amount of physical interaction.
