Benchtop pH meters are devices for pH measurement that are designed to be placed and used on a laboratory bench or similar work surface.
Why should I use a benchtop pH meter?
Compared to portable instruments for mobile use, benchtop meters typically come with larger screens and added user guidance features. In addition, they include electrode arms that make it easy to position the sensor precisely and steadily in the sample.
What should I consider when selecting a benchtop pH meter?
First of all, the instrument should measure the required parameter (e.g. pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen concentration) with the desired accuracy. Secondly, review which ease-of-use features and data handling options are useful for you. Finally, no meter is complete without a sensor. What is the optimal data handling solution for my benchtop pH meter?
